David N. Alvarez has earned extraordinary success in his nearly eight-year career in real estate. David started his career at age 18 as the youngest Realtor in his first company. Since then, he’s been on the amazing adventure of helping many family and friends with their real estate goals; lead and mentored a team of seven agents; and managed a real estate office of about 50 new & seasoned agents, all in just the past 8 years. Now as Founder and CEO of Nissi, a private real estate company in partnership with, Keller Williams Realty, based out of California, he continues to expand his expertise and market results for his clients through the efforts of his growing team across the U.S.

With David’s track record to obtain the absolute best possible results in any market condition, clients continue to entrust him with their real estate goals. Aside from his acclaimed career in successful real estate sales and leasing, David loves God and his family, horse-back riding, exercising, reading, and speaking at local congregations and seminars about faith, family, business, and philanthropy.

David is a CDPE & CHS designee, Chair of the C.R.E. Committee for Victor Valley Board of Realtors, & C.R.E. Trainer for KW Commercial of Victorville, CA.
